      污水配聚技术是制约聚驱推广应用的关键之一。针对聚驱采油污水再配聚黏损率高的弊端,以提质保黏技术为主,合成了高效聚硅铝絮凝剂PSiAS-1,调控了硅铝比,使产品的稳定周期提高到3个月以上;筛选出了能降浊除钙的絮凝剂配方:50mg/L的PFS + 200mg/L的PSiAS-1 + 8 mg/L复合助沉剂,并明确了较佳的工艺参数;向净化后的污水中加入保黏剂PA,作为配聚用水,初始黏度提高了9%以上,90d黏度损失率小于15%;最后用OIL ScaleChem结垢预测软件对净化水在地层条件下的结垢情况进行了模拟,并通过激光粒度仪对聚合物体系中的微粒粒径进行了分析,结果表明该净化水中少量的聚集体微粒平均粒径在100nm以下,不会引起碳酸钙垢堵塞地层的情况,满足污水配聚的要求。
英文摘要:
      The technology of sewage distribution is one of the key factors to restrict the application of the polymerization. This paper, efficiency polysilicate aluminum flocculant PSiAS-1 has been synthesized to overcome the problem of high viscosity loss rate. The stabilization period of the product can be increased to three months or more after the silica alumina ratio is optimized. The optimal dosing formula is 50mg/L PFS + 200mg/L PSiAS-1 in the removal of turbidity and calcium. The optimum technological parameters was determined. The initial viscosity can increase more than 9% and 90-day viscosity loss rate be less than 15%, after adding the polymer thickening and viscosity stabilizing agent PA in the flocculation effluent. The scaling trend of purified water under stratigraphic conditions was simulated by OIL ScaleChem prediction software. The particle size of the polymer system was analyzed by laser granulometer. The results show that the average particle size of purified water is less than 100nm, no calcium carbonate is produced, and the effluent can be reuse for the polymer flooding.
