      针对胜利油田油井地层砂表面存在的油膜、水膜导致的化学防砂效果不理想的问题,依据自由基接枝反应机理,以环氧树脂为主链,通过侧链接枝了亲水性和亲油性基团制备了一种低粘度活性固砂剂乳液,通过红外光谱、元素分析、TG、DLS等手段研究了活性固砂剂的结构和乳液稳定性能,同时考察了固化温度、固化时间、原油附着含量、水含量对固结岩心抗压强度和渗透率的影响。实验结果表明:成功接枝了亲水亲油基团的活性固砂剂具有较好的乳液稳定、低粘性。热分解温度80℃表明该固砂剂适用于低温井下环境。另外,通过固砂性能测试评价可知,按优化配方在40-80℃水浴中固结不同原油含量的油砂,固化反应 72h 后得到油砂固结体的抗压强度和渗透率仍可保持5.5Mpa/17.5D, 几乎不受砂粒表面油膜水膜的影响。

      In view of the oil film and water film on the formation sand surface of Sheng li Oilfield, the chemical sand control effect is not ideal. Based on the graft reaction mechanism of free radical, a kind of low viscosity active sand fixing agent emulsion was prepared by using the epoxy resin as the main chain and by linking the hydrophilic and lipophilic groups of the side link. The active sand fixing structure and stability of emulsion agent were measured by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)、elemental analysis、Thermogravimetric Analysis(TG)and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS). Meanwhile, the effects of curing temperature, curing time, crude oil content and water content on compressive strength and permeability of consolidated core were investigated. The experimental results show that :the active sand stabilizing agent with hydrophilic and lipophilic groups is successfully synthesized and has good emulsion stability and low viscosity. The thermal decomposition temperature of 80℃ shows that the sand consolidation agent is suitable for low temperature underground environment. In addition, the sand fixing performance test according to the evaluation results indicated that the optimal formula at 40-80 ℃ water bath consolidation of different crude oil content of oil sands, curing reaction of 72h, oil sands consolidation compressive strength and permeability can keep 5.5Mpa/17.5D, almost not affected by the sand surface oil film water film effect.
