      离心法检测压裂液残渣含量出现残渣颗粒分离界面不清,清液无法完全傾出的问题,提出应用微滤膜过滤法检测压裂液破胶后的残渣含量。应用激光粒度仪对压裂液残渣颗粒进行粒径分析,分别确定出对瓜尔胶系列产品和聚合物类压裂液破胶后进行残渣过滤的微滤膜孔径为3μm和0.22μm。针对微滤膜通量的三个影响因素——浓度、温度和压力进行系列实验,确定了瓜尔胶产品的滤样量为25mL,瓜尔胶改性产品的滤样量为50mL,温度参数为30℃,压力参数为0.2~0.3MPa。聚合物类胶液的三个操作参数分别为(150 mL、30℃、0.1 MPa)。实验结果表明:应用微滤膜过滤法检测残渣含量重现性好、精密度高。
英文摘要:
      With centrifugation, the interface boundary ofresidue fracturing fluid is not clear. Clearfluid cannot bepour out completely.In order to measure the residual after breaking of fracturing fluid, a filtration method with membrane is proposed here. This article analyses particle sizes of residue fracturing fluid by laser particle size analyzer. The pore sizes in membrane are identifiedto be3μm and 0.22μm for theresidue of guar gum and polymer fracturing fluid, respectively. Series experiments were conducted with 3 factors impact on the membrane, such asfluidconcentration, temperature, and pressure. The filtration volume for Guar gum, modified Guar gum is 25 mL and 50 mL, respectively. The temperature is estimated to be 30 ℃, and pressure is 0.2~0.3MPa. The 3 factors for polymer fluid are 150 mL、30℃、0.1 MPa. The experimental results showsthat the membrane filtration is reproducible and the accuracy is high.
