      压裂液稠化剂作为压裂液体系的重要组成,其溶解性直接影响压裂液配制时间以及配制工艺。通过对稠化剂溶解时间、增粘能力、增效剂协同效应等进行研究,形成了一种速溶型、低伤害缔合压裂液,并对该压裂液的耐温抗剪切能力、岩心伤害等性能进行了评价测试,得知该压裂液体系稠化剂溶解时间小于2min,能够大量减少现场缓冲罐数量,减少设备费用。同时该压裂液的稠化剂增粘能力较强,对岩心基质渗透率伤害率低,小于10%,有利于提高压后增产效果。该速溶型缔合压裂液在长庆某气井进行现场应用,现场溶解时间为1min~2min,溶解性能优异,压后无阻流量达到11万方,压后增产效果显著。

      Thickener is an important part of the fracturing fluid system, and its solubility can directly affect the preparation time and technology of fracturing fluids. Based on the research of thickener dissolution time, thickening ability, synergistic agent synergy, form a kind of instant type, low damage and the associated fracturing fluid.Test temperature resistance and shear resistance and assessment the core damage of the fracturing fluid,. The dissolution time of the thickener is less than 2min, so the amount of buffer tanks and cost for equipment can be significantly reduced. The thickener of the fracturing fiuids has strong viscosification, core permeability damage rate is low, only 10%, which is favorable for the stimulation. The instant associated fracturing fluid has been applied in one gas in Changqing Oilfield. Its dissolution time in the field is only 1min~2min, and the absolute flow rate (AOF) is up to 11×104m3/d. Its production stimulation effect is apparent.
