      以丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸咪唑啉为原料,制备了兼有缓蚀与降粘性能的聚丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸咪唑啉(MA-ACI),利用红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱对其进行表征。采用旋转挂片和电化学Tafel极化曲线法对缓蚀性能进行评价,采用旋转粘度计测试法对降粘性能进行评价。结果表明:引发剂用量为1.0%、丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸咪唑啉摩尔比为8:1、80 ℃常压反应10h,并用无水乙醇洗涤,可得合成产物MA-ACI。产物添加量为0.40g?L-1,在30℃的1M H2SO4溶液中测试6h时,缓蚀率可达91.18%;70℃,MA-ACI添加量为100 μg?g-1时,对江苏油田韦5-57原油的降粘率可达到85.28%。

      Poly methyl acrylate and acrylic acid imidazoline (MA-ACI) with both corrosion inhibition and viscosity reduction properties, was synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) using methyl acrylate and acrylic imidazoline as raw materials. Its corrosion inhibition properties were evaluated by rotating hanging film and electrochemical Tafel polarization curve method, and its viscosity reduction properties were tested by rotating viscometer. The results showed that product MA-ACI can be obtained by washing with absolute ethanol when the amount of initiator is 1%, the molar ratio of methyl acrylate to acrylic imidazoline being 8:1, and the reaction time 10h at 80 ℃ at normal pressure. The inhibition rate can be 91.18% when product concentration being 0.40 g/L, in 1M H2SO4 solution at 30℃, and the test time 6h. The viscosity reduction rate of product can be 85.28% to Wei 5-57 crude oil from Jiangsu oilfield, as additive contents are 100μg?g-1 and temperature is 70 ℃.
