      双分散体系包括聚合物和微球两个分散体系,聚合物分子分散体具有粘性,可改善油水流度比;微球颗粒分散体具有弹性,在多孔介质中可变形实现液流转向,改善地下流体的流动剖面。本研究以优化出与地层孔吼直径相匹配的微球,和现场用聚合物混配进行双分散体系的评价研究,实验结果表明:聚合物和微球具有较好的配伍性,在95℃烘箱老化180d后,聚合物粘度保留率在80%以上,微球粒径变化较小。渗透率率相同时,双分散体系封堵率大于单一微球体系,该体系不同渗透率的岩心均具有良好的注入性和运移性.聚合物浓度为1500mg/L+微球浓度500mg/L对尺寸为φ25mm×100cm渗透率1.1μm2柱状填砂岩心封堵率78.1%、残余阻力系数4.6。通过研究优选出双河油田Ⅶ1-3层系双分散体调驱体系配方为聚合物浓度1500mg/L+500mg/L微球,段塞量为0.5PV。双分散体系可使低渗分流率从20%增加到60%,有效的改善了低渗岩心吸水能力。双管岩心水驱至综合含水98%,水驱采收率为59.13%,接着注入0.5PV双分散体系,再注水至后续水驱综合含水率98%,最终采收率为83.28%,双分散体系提高采收率24.15%。双分散体系比聚合物驱提高采收率高8.83%。

      Abstract: DDS(Double Dispersion System)have two dispersal systems including polymer and microspheres particle gel. Polymer dispersion has viscosity so that it can improve the oil-water mobility ratio. That microspheres particle gel dispersion with elasticity can change transformation in porous media lead to fluid flow changing its direction. This can improve flow profile of underground fluid. This paper conducts evaluation research using the microspheres particle gel optimized in previous tests which match the stratum core pore throat diameter. We implement research on the performances of DDS. We can include that: This polymer has good compatibility with the microspheres particle gel. Its viscosity retention rate can maintain above 80% after DDS being kept in oven its temperature 95℃ for 180d.The diameter of microspheres particle gel varies slightly. The plugging rate of DDS more than that of single microsphere particle gel at the same permeability. This system has good injection and migration performance in different permeability core. The plugging rate is 78.1% and residual resistance coefficient is 4.6 using polymer concentration 1500mg/L and microspheres particle gel concentration 500mg/L at the core through permeability 1.1μm2 sand-filling tube whose size φ25mm×100cm.According to the tests, the formula of DDS profiling and flooding is optimized that the concentration of the polymer and microspheres particle gel is 1500mg/L and 500mg/L ,the amount of slug is 0.5PV for Shuanghe Oilfield VII1-3 formation. The liquid flowing rate of low permeability improves from 20% to 60% after DDS applied. The ability of low permeability core to absorb water is obviously improved. The recovery efficiency of water flooding is 59.13% using double tube core, when the comprehensive water cut is 98%. Water is injected until water content 98% after 0.5PV DDS injected .The enhanced oil recovery of DDS is 24.15%,the final recovery being 83.28.The enhanced oil recovery of DDS is 8.83% higher than that of the polymer flooding.
