      利用聚焦光束反射测量仪(FBRM)对辽河油田欢喜岭稠油乳状液微观颗粒的变化进行了研究。对不同剪切速率、不同温度下的油水乳状液液滴(油水混合物)粒径大小的变化规律进行了研究,在此研究的基础上结合FBRM对油包水(W/O)型乳状液在加入碱性降粘剂后进行的破乳行为进行了动态监测。并且结合界面张力仪与粘度测定实验对其结论进行了验证与分析。实验结果表明:在指定范畴之内,温度与油水乳状液的微观粒径成正比;剪切速率与油水乳状液的微观粒径成反比。除此之外,聚焦光束反射测量技术可以对W/O型乳状液的破乳行为进行良好的动态监测,并可实现对碱性降粘剂最佳使用量的评估,这对研究乳化降粘机理以及破乳过程具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      The changes of microscopic particles in Huanxiling heavy oil emulsion of Liaohe Oilfield were studied by using focused beam reflectometer (FBRM). (W / O) emulsions were studied on the basis of FBRM. The effects of FBRM on the water content of oil-in-water emulsion (oil-water mixture) at different shear rates and different temperatures were studied. The demulsification behavior after the addition of alkaline viscosity reducer was dynamically monitored. And the conclusion was verified and analyzed by using interfacial tension meter and viscosity measurement experiment. The experimental results show that the temperature is proportional to the micro-particle size of the oil-water emulsion within the specified range. The shear rate is inversely proportional to the micro-particle size of the oil-water emulsion. In addition, the focus beam reflection measurement technology can be W / O emulsion demulsification behavior of a good dynamic monitoring, and can achieve the best use of alkaline viscosity reduction of the assessment, which study the emulsion viscosity Mechanism and demulsification process is of great significance.
