      油田地面油水混输管线腐蚀问题由于影响因素众多一直难以有效解决。采用腐蚀动态模拟试验、管材金相及化学成分分析、油田污水理化分析以及腐蚀形貌宏、微观观察等方法,并结合统计分析软件SPSS分析了污水中S2-含量、pH值、矿化度以及管材材质等因素与腐蚀速率之间的相关性。结果表明:污水中S2-含量(S2-<70mg/L)、碳钢类材质之间与腐蚀速率的相关系数分别为:0.523、0.945,概率(P)分别为:0.003、0.0001,呈现显著正相关;pH值、矿化度与腐蚀速率的相关系数分别为: 0.238、0.130,概率(P)分别: 0.182、0.468,存在相关性但影响有限;不锈钢类材质与碳钢类材质腐蚀速率之间的相关系数为-0.198,概率(P)为0.445,无相关性。
英文摘要:
      It is difficult to effectively solve the corrosion problem of oilfield ground oil-water mixed transportation pipelines due to too many influence factors. Based on the analysis results of SPSS program, the correlation between influence factors such as S2- content, pH, total salinity , pipeline material and corrosion rate was studied by using corrosion dynamic simulation test, metallographic and chemical composition analysis of pipelines, physical and chemical analysis of oilfield wastewater and macroscopic and microscopic observation of corrosion morphology. The results showed, the correlation index between the content of S2-(S2-<70mg/L), carbon steel materials produced by different standards and corrosion rate was 0.238, 0.130, respectively, the probability (P) 0.182, 0.468, respectively, showing a significant positive to corrosion. The correlation index between pH value, the content of salinity and corrosion rate was 0.238, 0.130 respectively, the probability (P) 0.182, 0.468 respectively, showing a limited correlation to corrosion. The correlation index between corrosion of stainless steel material and the corrosion of carbon steel material was -0.198, the probability (P) 0.445, showing no correlation between them.
