      针对油田用油溶性示踪剂种类少的情况,根据含氟有机化合物性质稳定、检测灵敏度高的特点,通过氯化亚砜法和浓硫酸催化法两种方法,合成对氟苯甲酸乙酯,利用核磁共振氢谱和质谱进行结构表征,并考察了其溶解性及油水分配性能。实验结果表明,两种合成方法的产品收率均在85%以上,产物经核磁共振氢谱与质谱验证结构正确,其在煤油中的溶解度为90g/L,水中溶解度为0.051g/L,油水分配比为338。采用GC-MS进行痕量检测,建立标准曲线的线性范围为0.1-50ppb,R2=0.9984,RSD=4.1%,方法最低检测限为1.5×10-3ppb。合成的对氟苯甲酸乙酯可作为潜在的油田用油溶性示踪剂,以进行下一步研究。

      Aiming at the problems of less oil soluble tracers in oil field, according to the characteristics of stable and high sensitivity of the organic compounds containing fluorine, the ethyl 4-fluorobenzoate was synthesized using thionyl chloride or concentrated sulfuric acid catalysis, it was characterized by HNMR and MS, and studied the solubility and oil water distribution performance. According to research results, the yield of synthetic methods were more than 85%, validation of product structure was correct by HNMR and MS, the solubility was 90g/L in oil and 0.051g/L in water, oil-water partition ratio was 338. Study on the quantitative test method of ethyl 4-fluorobenzoate by GC-MS , the linear range of the standard curve was 0.1-50ppb, R2 was 0.9984, RSD was 4.1%, and the minimum test limit was 1.5×10-3ppb. It was suitable that ethyl 4-fluorobenzoate became a oil soluble tracer in oilfield.
