    摘要:

    为开发兼有缓蚀与降黏作用的多功能油品添加剂, 以丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸咪唑啉为原料制备了聚丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸咪唑啉(MA-ACI), 用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征, 用凝胶渗透色谱对其分子量进行了检测。采用旋转挂片和电化学 Tafel极化曲线法评价了 MA-ACI的缓蚀性能, 用旋转黏度计研究了 MA-ACI的降黏性能。结果表明, 在丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸咪唑啉摩尔比 8∶1、 引发剂偶氮二异丁腈加量 1.0%、 反应温度 80℃、 反应时间10 h的条件下制得的 MA-ACI(相对分子质量 36582)对 N80金属钢片具有良好的缓蚀作用, 对江苏油田韦 5-57井原油具有较好的降黏作用。在 30℃、 MA-ACI 加量为 0.10 g/L 时, 用旋转挂片法测得的缓蚀率为 82.06%,MA-ACI加量为 0.40 g/L时, 用电化学极化曲线法测得的缓蚀率为 90.21%; 在 70℃、 MA-ACI加量为 100 μg/g时,江苏油田韦 5-57井原油的降黏率为85.28%。图11表 2参21

    Abstract:

    In order to develop a multifunctional oil additive with corrosion inhibition and viscosity reduction,poly methyl acrylate-acrylic acid imidazoline(MA-ACI)was synthesized using methyl acrylate and acrylic imidazoline as raw materials, and characterized by FT-IR and gel permeation chromatography(GPC) . The corrosion inhibition property of MA-ACI was evaluated by rotating hanging plate method and electrochemical Tafel polarization curve method, and its viscosity reduction property was sdudied by rotating viscometer. The results showed that MA-ACI with the relative molecular weight 36582 could be obtained under the condition of 8∶1 molar ratio of methyl acrylate to acrylic imidazoline, 1% initiator AIBN, 80℃ reaction temperature and 10 h reaction time. MA-ACI had good corrosion inhibition effect on N80 steel sheet, and had good viscosity reducing effect on crude oil of Wei5-57 well in Jiangsu oilfield. At 30℃, the inhibition rate measuring by rotating hanging plate method was 82.06% with MA-ACI dosage of 0.10 g/L, and that measuring by electrochemical polarization curve method was 90.21% with MA-ACI dosage of 0.40 g/L. The viscosity reduction rate of crude oil of Wei5-57 well in Jiangsu oilfield was 85.28% under the condition of 100 μg/g MA-ACI and 70℃
