      为了解决苏里格气田大规模增产带来的用水量急剧增加问题, 以一种具有表面活性的多效丙烯酰胺共聚物增稠剂 CJ3-1为主剂、 增强剂 ZJ (阴离子表面活性剂) 和助排剂 TGF (氟碳类表面活性剂) 为辅剂制备了配方为0.4%增稠剂 CJ3-1+0.4%增强剂 ZJ+0.5% 助排剂 TGF的可回收压裂液体系, 研究了该压裂液体系的携砂性能、 耐温抗剪切性能、 黏弹性能、 减阻性能等, 并考察了该压裂液的回收利用情况。研究结果表明, 该体系具有良好的耐温抗剪切性能, 在 90℃、 170 s-1剪切 60 min 后的黏度保持在 60 mPa·s左右, 当剪切速率从 170 s-1增至 1700 s-1再恢复到 170 s-1时, 压裂液的黏度迅速降低并快速恢复。该体系无残渣, 摩阻低, 携砂及返排性能良好, 导流能力保持率为 92%。已采用该压裂液施工 300余口井, 累计入地液量 100余万方, 回收利用 40万方, 回收压裂液经简单处理后就可再次配液使用, 极大地缓解了苏里格气田因用水量急增而带来的困难。图 6表 1参10

      In order to improve the utilization efficiency of water in Sulige gas field of Ordos basin,a recyclable fracturing fluid(RFF)was prepared using a the muti-functional polyacrylamide thickening agent CJ3-1 as main ingredient,the reinforcement agent ZJ(an anionic surfacant)and clean up additive TGF (a fluoronates surfactant)as adjuvents,which was composed of 0.4% CJ3-1+0.4% ZJ+0.5% TGF. The properties of carrying proppant performance,temperature resistance and salt tolerance,viscoelastic,drag reduction and the recycled use of the RFF was investigated. The evaluation experiments indicated that the recyclable fracturing fluid had a good resistance to temperature and shear,after being sheared for 60 min at the temperature of 90℃ and at the shearing rate of 170 s-1 , the viscosity of the RFF maintained around 60 mPa·s,at the same time,the viscosity decreased rapidly and recovered quickly when the shear rate was increased from 170 s-1 to 1700 s-1and then to 170 s-1. The RFF had little residues,and exhibited excellent carrying proppant performance and flowback performance,the flow capacity retention being of 92%. The recycle fluid had been applied successfully in 300 wells in Sulige gas field,the total volume was about 1000000 m3 and more than 400000 m3 of flowback fluid was recycled. The flowback fluid could be reused after simple settlement treatment,which could relieve the difficulties caused by the rapid increase of water consumption in Sulige gas field.
